Returns & Refunds

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• All tags and labels are intact
• The product is not damaged due to misuse
• Original invoice is available

Certain items are not eligible for return: custom-made / personalised orders, items marked "Final Sale", and wholesale bulk orders.

1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 98765 43210) or email (returns@thebanglecity.com) within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your Order Number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product
3. Our team will review and approve the return request within 24 hours
4. We'll arrange a free pickup from your address
5. Once received and inspected, refund is processed within 3–5 business days

Refunds are credited back to the original payment source:

• Razorpay (UPI/Card/NetBanking): 3–5 business days
• Bank Transfer: 5–7 business days

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace or refund it immediately at no extra cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

• Custom or personalised orders
• Bulk wholesale orders (50+ pieces)
• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
