Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with your AWB/tracking number via SMS and WhatsApp.

Remote Area Surcharge: An additional ₹30–50 may apply for deliveries to remote/hilly areas. You'll be notified before dispatch.

We ship to 120+ countries via DHL, FedEx, and Aramex through Shiprocket Global.

• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
• Delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on country
• Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer
• All international orders are insured and fully trackable

Once your order is shipped:

• You'll receive an AWB number via SMS and WhatsApp
• Track your order at track-order.php or directly on Shiprocket's website

If your package arrives damaged, please:

1. Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is severely damaged
2. If received, photograph the damaged packaging and products within 24 hours
3. Contact us on WhatsApp with photos — we'll arrange a replacement immediately

If a package is undeliverable (wrong address, recipient unavailable after 3 attempts) it will be returned to us (RTO). In such cases, re-shipping charges apply. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
